Leah Construction & Development Corporation (LCDC) is a
construction firm established in 1983 focusing on the
construction of vertical and horizontal structures. Its initial
clients include the US Embassy, Rizal Provincial Capitol, Rizal
Polytechnic College, Philippine Associated Smelting and Refining
Corp., and LRT. The works that have been carried out with these
clients are focused on preventive maintenance works for both
electrical and mechanical devices.
Today, LCDC is a specialty contractor and importer engaged in
the supply and installation of industrial electrical and mechanical
products.
LCDC’s primary business is the supply and installation of
LIGHTNING PROTECTION SYSTEMS, SURGE PROTECTIVE DEVICES
AND GROUNDING PRODUCTS. This has been a core business of
LCDC for about 30 years now.
Recently, LCDC has also engaged itself in the import, supply, and
installation of HIGH – POWERED ENERGY SAVING LIGHTING
FIXTURES ie. STREET LIGHTS, FLOOD LIGHTS, AND HIGH/LOW BAY
LIGHTS from Taiwan.
In addition, LCDC is also capable of carrying out specialized
electrical works such as supply and installing Motor Control
Centers (MCC) and switch gears as well as induction motors and
pumps.
All of our products are imported to ensure the highest quality and reliability
