Key Projects: Supply of ETI Ecolumina 100w Haiperion Energy Saving Street Lights for Mandaluyong LGU for Coronado St.
In 2013, the local government unit of
Mandaluyong City was in need of an energy
saving street light solution for lighting the
riverside Coronado St.
Instead of going for LED lighting, the LGU of
Mandaluyong chose the street lighting solution
for Ecolumina of Taiwan due to its better CRI of
>90 and savings of 70%.
This technology is called High Gas Discharge of
HGD since it uses bulb technology to emit light
and infuses energy saving technology such as
electronic ballast and better reflectors.
The result of this product and design is a well light
street that offers road users safety through
quality lighting
The total budget for this project is 4.5 million.
